Terms of Service

Go Camp Yourself is a product operated by Green Beach Group LLC (“Green Beach Group,” “Go Camp Yourself,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a camping search, comparison, and booking platform at Go Camp Yourself's website and mobile experiences (the “Service”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service. By creating an account, browsing the Service, or otherwise using it, you agree to these Terms.

The Service is a marketplace and intelligence platform: we help you search campgrounds, compare individual campsites, understand site-level details (fit, hookups, shading, connectivity), and — where available — complete a reservation. Real landmark properties are listed with property-reported data and clearly labeled pending intelligence; other properties are labeled demo listings used to demonstrate the product.

The Service is currently a pre-launch prototype. No real reservations are being fulfilled and no real payments are processed today. Booking flows on the Service are demonstrations: simulated checkout payments complete with a clearly labeled demo confirmation number (for example, “MC-DEMO-000123”) and do not create a real hold at any campground, do not charge any card, and do not constitute a contract with any campground. Demo listings and demo data are labeled as such.

When real booking and payment capabilities launch (for example, with campground partners, via campground-connected payment accounts), additional terms and fee disclosures will apply and will be presented to you before you complete any such transaction.

Some features (saving your camper setup, saved sites, saved campgrounds, and bookings history) require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password for your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep it updated.

We currently collect only what is needed to run these features: your email address, an optional display name, and a password that is hashed and salted before storage (we never store your plaintext password). See our Privacy Policy for details.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access accounts you do not own; interfering with or disrupting the Service or its infrastructure; scraping or harvesting content in ways that unreasonably burden the Service; submitting false or misleading information; attempting to reverse engineer or circumvent any security measure; or using the Service in violation of applicable law.

Campground and site information shown in the Service comes from provider-reported sources (for example, public Recreation.gov data) and from Go Camp Yourself's own research. We label the source and timestamp of data where available. Real-property entries that we have not yet verified ourselves display “intelligence pending” honesty labels rather than invented facts, and demo entries are labeled as demo data.

Our content, branding, and software are owned by Go Camp Yourself or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not republish or commercially reuse our content without permission. The underlying public campground data remains subject to the terms of its respective sources.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. While we work to keep campground information current, conditions change; site attributes, amenity availability, and connectivity can vary without notice. You should confirm critical details with the campground before your trip.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Camp Yourself and its team members are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, information displayed on it, or any demonstration booking. Because the Service does not currently take real reservations or process real payments, no liability arises from such activity today.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Effective” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or where required by law.
